"I can do it now, because I am 4"...

4 years ago on March 15th, 2006 a beautiful little girl joined our family..

A pleasant little surprise, that added the finishing touches to make us six!...

I cherish this time while she is little. I was so afraid to have 4 kids, but much to my surprise, the hardest thing to deal with was LAUNDRY. Its never ever ending!

The first year was challenging with our baby girl. She was so sick all the time. RSV started the spiral effect, and it took until she turned 3 when it started to slow down a little.

Despite being sick all the time, she was such a fun, happy baby..

Time continued to fly and here she is March 15th, 2007 turning 1 years old!

March 15th, 2008 ... we hit the two year mark.. Cutest little thing... loved, loved, loved Dora the Explorer...

She took a real liking to her sister and brothers. She learned that if mom and dad wont give in, she always had a set of open arms that would.

At 2 years old, (maybe a little before and after ;)..) She was a big time Daddys girl. We took a trip to Disneyland shortly after her 2nd birthday and she had a love/hate relationship with the place. She cried all the time, wouldnt ride in the stroller much, and cried everytime Daddy would go on a ride with the other kids. She screamed so loud, that people thought i was kidnapping her. So EMBARASSING!

As I look at these pictures chronologically, I am in shock and awe how much she grew between each year... .

March 15th, 2009 our little princess turns 3! What an angel.... A nurturing little girl that loves to be "pretty", loves to play baby dolls and loves to play outside. She was very talkative and could make friends with any child, but had some shy aspects at the same time..

Smart as smart! Knows how to work us all, including Jace.. Each one of us is wrapped around her fingers, TIGHT! She has learned how to cry at just the right times to get her siblings in trouble. Her and Jace have started playing so good together.. Jene is a little bossy with him, and Jace takes it.. until a few months ago, he is deliberately mean to her, and makes her cry.

MARCH 15th, 2010 SHE TURNS 4!

• She still loves babies and baby dolls
• She hides from us under her blankets every night when we go to tuck her i
  
• Now that she is 4 she informs us she can do everything
  
• She loves having "private" time with her parents.. this is a word she learned from the show "Little Bill" ... its one on one time with us!


• She is very girly and loves to wear "dresses and skirts"
  
• She entertains herself a lot... sometimes I forget she is here because she is always doing her own thing.
  
• She is a sponge and picks up and repeates EVERYTHING


• She was potty trained at 2 years old by grandma while we were in Lake Powell! (FULLY POTTY TRAINED!)


• She loves princesses (So fun for me.. Jurnee never did)


• She is a night owl and would sleep till 11 a.m. everyday if she coulD
  
• NickJR is her favorite channel on TV.. She loves Dora the Explorer, Olivia, Little Bill, Max & Ruby, Wow Wow Wubzy, Kai Lan, and Little Bear
  
• She goes to bed watching TV (yes, she is our last)
• She loves to play Cooking Mama on the DS or my iphone...


• She plays the Wii all the time, and could play it when she was little...
  
• Food is her favorite.. she loves to eat


• She would eat a whole bag of broccoli at one sitting, if i would let her


• Her favorite saying is "It takes for a long time"...


• She loves loves loves to play with other kids


• She asks me on an almost daily basis when her hands are going to be "big" like mine.. (I want to tell her never ..;) )
  
• I love it when she says, "Its a beautiful sunny day today"

Janson Turns 10!

Janson turned 10 on September 10th! Wow! This kid is absolutely amazing!

For his birthday he wanted to go to the STATE FAIR! I did not oblige at all, I LOVE THE FAIR! We had a great time. Our good friends Mark and Mari went with us, and we had an amazing time. It was a week night, so it was not busy, all the displays were still up.. it was a lot of fun! We love fair food! It was extremely over priced, but still yummy. Jason even tried a deep fried snickers! He and Mari said it was FABULOUS!

Some cool things about Janson:

• He has a funny personality (he is a comedian)


• He is a math wizard


• He hates to put things in "ABC" order (alphabetical)


• He is a sports fanatic!


• He can name off sport statistics without even hesitating


• He loves playing soccer and football


• He always, always, always has to be wearing socks


• He is an excellent swimmer


• He is a great big brother (especially to his little sister)!


• He loves to hang out with his friends


• He has a heart of gold


• He is very sensitive


• He loves to hang out with his friends


• He loves CANDY.. so much that he had 4 cavities and has to get two teeth pulled!


• He loves to eat


• He loves soda (oops.. i don't set a very good example for my kids...)


• He loves to cheer for the opposite team that his dad does (makes jason so mad)


• He loves attention, especially from his dad


• He loves to swim and be in the water


• He loves to Kneeboard and WAKEBOARD


• He hates to do his chores
• He loves to play practical jokes (especially with things that shock you)


• You have to ask him 10 times to do something


• He is very sweet


• He picks on his brother quite a bit
• He loves MONEY!


• He loves to change his clothes and leave them on the floor wherever he is.. drives me nuts


• He does not like to pick up after himself


• He loves to play xbox


• He rocks on guitar hero and rock band


• He loves his Mohawk Hair do!

WE LOVE YOU JANSON AND HOPE YOU HAVE AN AMAZING YEAR! Enjoy life while you are young, live it up little man! You are the best!

Happy Birthday to me!

It's really sad when you get older and your birthday creeps up on you and it starts to hit you that you are getting really old! Yesterday I turned 31 and that is kind of how I felt! It was a FABULOUS day! I worked all day, but it was so pleasant! It always makes you feel really good when a lot of people remember your birthday! Whether it was a text or a phone call, I had messages all day long! Thank you everyone!

Jason and I met up for lunch at Cafe Rio (my choice, of course) for a yummy salmon taco for me and chicken tacos for him! As we were walking out to the car, we were saying good bye and he said, "Wait a minute, I have something for you". He reached into his truck and pulled out a vase with fresh cut roses in it! They smelled so good! He said, "These are for your desk!" It was soooo sweet! It made my day! I loved how everyone walked by my desk and I could tell them that my husband was so sweet and cut them for me! I love you Honey!

Jason had all sorts of surprises in store for me after work! I had no clue what we were going to do! I just told him that I wanted to hit the gym before coming home! He finally agreed, with a little bit of nagging.. He said I had until 630! Well, I was home by 530, quickly showered and got ready! Jurnee was ever so sweet and agreed to babysit AGAIN (since she had been all day)! Jason took me to my favorite restaraunt at Jordan Commons, RUBY RIVER! I love steak and Potatoes! Afterwards he took me to Target to get the new Stephanie Meyer book 'Breaking Dawn'. I couldn't believe it, he never offers to go to the store with me just to "Shop". I was really starting to like this "Birthday Event".

The kids called a couple times, and Jason told them we would be home soon! When we got home we went inside and it was all quiet and dark...... We walked up into the kitchen and the kids, along with our good friends 'Mark and Mari' yelled "SURPRISE" with gifts and cheesecake (one of my favorites) with candles in and lit! It was a lot of fun!

The kids got me a gift card to Bath and Body Works

Mark and Mari gave me a gift certificate for a pedicure, and a new pair of Tevas! (How funny, because I was just complaining to Mari this weekend that Jenesee has a flip flop fetish and I think she wore my Tevas down the road and lost one, because now I only have 1! I was really sad because they are my favorite flip flops!)

Jason gave me a set of tickets to go see 'So You Think You Can Dance' tickets when they are here on tour September 23rd! I am sooo excited! I love love love that show!

My 'BFF' ;) Tracie came to see me on monday, we were supposed to go out for my bday, but of course I was down with a Nasty Flu... so she dropped by and brought me a gift! The cutest O'neil beach bag ever! We are going to dinner when she gets home from her trip!

It was a great day! Lots of love from my family and Great Friends!

Birthday Celebration!

Jasons Birthday was February 13th! Yes, the day before Valentines. So I always try and do something extra for him! I love him so much! He is the greatest husband ever! I could not ask for any better than him! I mean, geez, he puts up with me!
We had a little celebration with some gifts and a COLD STONE MINT ICE CREAM CAKE!
The kids were so excited to give him his "Wireless Guitar Hero 3 game" for his xbox360. Yep, XBOX360 is huge in our house! I am all for games that we can all play... especially ones that I like too..
