We spent New Years Eve with our "partners in crime" and good friends Jared, Hillary and their 4 Kids! We had a lot of fun, as well as the kids too! Food, games, fun, wii, laughing, camera fun... what more could you ask for! We had a blast..

The kids had a great time playing the wii, toys, games, dress up... you name it.. they were all ready for bed by the end of the night!

Thanks Jared and Hill for hosting yet another Memorable event! Love ya!

And a New Year Begins....

"Our Christmas Card Photo!"

Isn't it crazy how fast the holidays come and go? I feel like it was one big blur! I always get a little perturbed after Christmas.. Is it just me, or do you work so hard to get your kids what they really want for Christmas, the anticipation of them opening the gift, being so excited to play with there new stuff... All that hype, and WHAMMO... they play with the toy for 2 days and its hardly ever touched.
Okay, so we are having some discretion at our house. Sometimes I feel like our kids are ungrateful. It makes us SOOO crazy. Our boys asked for Nintendo DS' for Christmas. So that is what Jason and I got them. Not realizing, a little to difficult for Jace (who is 6) to play. He gets so frustruated. And, of course, he does not like the "easy" games. It makes me so angry. Janson really wanted one, and he NEVER plays it. These things are not cheap. Not only the console, the games, the accessories.. HOLY COW!

Christmas was fun at our house... except for the fact that the kids had to wait until 1115 am to open gifts. With Jason's job, he is responsible for snow removal at certain Condominium complexes.. So he went in at 500am, so he could get home early, and he could not get home until 1115am.. Our kids were peeing there pants... it was kind of sad though.
Jenesee was a blast. She LOVED opening gifts. She didn't care what was in the package, she just wanted to open every gift! Tear the paper, throw it in the air, throw the present aside, and dive into the next one. So funny...
Jurnee was our only child that, we felt, appreciated everything she got. STILL DOES....

Then there was New Years. It was great fun. We had our friends' the Skeens' come over with there family. We played a great ROCK concert, with our new family game of ROCK BAND for XBOX360. It is so much fun. You lose all the dignity you have for yourself... It's Awesome.

Well... I will close for now and post later... gotta get back to work.
